RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
Edit: 11/2, package shows up a week after it was marked delivered, packing tube was open on one end and very poorly retaped on the other end. Package came from a very close friend and I have pre-shipment photos. Sad that I can’t even ship packages to my own house without fear of them either not showing up or them being gone through before delivery. If I could leave less than 1 star I would.
They sent a hand written Santa letter back to my kids!
Can't manage to close my mailbox when something of value is inside, but manage to leave other people's mail with credit cards and other personal information enclosed. When mail that requires a signature they constantly don't leave a notice to pick up, but claim they do...it goes on and on....very sad bunch.
Very expensive package says it was left "in/at mailbox" only to have nothing there nor any note on the front door or garage.
Pam at the front desk is always friendly and helpful though.
Our mail is often lost, delivered to the wrong address or damaged. Post carrier takes ZERO responsibility and when I speak to the post master he also takes no responsibility.
