They suck. I went for my chronic back pain, they did nothing for me. Idk where else to go for help!

Been sick over a month I have called this so called drs office numerous times with no luck at all I'm a heart patient and ended up in urgent care in muskogee 3 maybe 4 times due to no one will let me see my primary care dr ive called since sept 6 and got no we're! Told the woman on the phone who is so rude I was sick needing to see my dr I was told no three times even after I got outta emergency rooms twice still sick and none there care at all! No heart dr in 2 years No pain management no physical therapy No Authritis specialist nothing my dr new I had a slipped disc dropped me off pain meds cold turkey and that's ok also but to do your patients like this it's a sad clinic to beg an be told no you can't see your dr and nothing gets done you have to ask for blood work etc!! No one ever answers phones. my primary care doctor left and no one told me. I can never get in to even get set up with a new doctor. My last doctor only wanted to refill my prescriptions and nothing more. Definitely needs a new system on the way it's ran. The facility always feel clean and nice. But it's way too difficult to even get someone to talk to you.
